If you thought that the McCleary decision found money for public schools and fixed the problem, you've been misled.

You are invited to come hear an informative and engaging presentation by Tom Ahearne, the lead counsel for the largest public education funding lawsuit in our State.  Find out how public education is funded, what the McCleary decision really means for students and our community, what progress has been made, and what we can expect next.

Ballots will be arriving this week.  Vote Yes Signs are popping up all around Lake Forest Park and Shoreline.

What can PTA parents do to help?
1. Encourage your school parents to VOTE by mailing in their ballots. Statics show that in most schools only 50% of the registered voters actually vote.
2  Sign up to help wave signs at the "Rah, Rah" scheduled for February 6, 10 or 11.  There are four key locations and two times 7-9am and 4-6pm each day.

Here's how sign up works in 3 easy steps:
1. Click this link to go to our invitation page on VolunteerSpot: http://vols.pt/Hckdur
2. Enter your email address: (You will NOT need to register an account on VolunteerSpot)
3. Sign up! Choose your spots - VolunteerSpot will send you an automated confirmation and reminders. Easy!
