CALMA is a mental health evaluation and treatment clinic for children and families who primarily speak Spanish. Our providers are bilingual and can provide care in both Spanish and English. Services are for children ages 2 to 18 who have mental health concerns and their parents or other caregivers. All families regardless of their immigration status or insurance status. Lambert House offers a group for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning youth between the ages of 10 & 14.
PFLAG
PFLAG Seattle provides peer-to-peer support, publications, toolkits, and other resources to make sure that the family members of people who are LGBTQ get the support they need in the way that best serves their needs.
Asian-American Native Hawaiian Pacific Islander (AANHPI)
community support groups led by Asian mental health professionals to provide a space for Asian-identifying individuals to connect with and seek support from other members. Each support group run for 8 weeks and there is no cost to attend these sessions.
Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC)
Open to all BIPOC individuals looking for mental health support and connection. This group is a collaboration between NAMI Seattle and NAMI South King County. Day: Every Tuesday, Time: 5:00-6:30pm

DBSA Greater Seattle was formed as an independent group in 1972 and later became affiliated with the Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance, making it the oldest local chapter in the nation. The group meets the second Thursday each month and is open to all persons with depression or bipolar disorder (manic depression) and their friends and family.
Bipolar
A peer-led group open to anyone age 18 or older living with bipolar diagnosis. Day: Every Wednesday, Time: 7:15-8:30pm
